  • 1 tsp of ashwagandha root extracts   
  • 1/tsp of mulethi powder
  • 1 cup of water

Method:

1. In a vessel, add one cup of water and other ingredients. Bring it to boil.
2. Let it steep for two-three minutes.
3. Strain the tea, add honey for taste (optional) and consume hot
