From a perfect evening tea-time treat to serving as an appetiser at parties, samosas are a staple dish at desi gatherings. However, in today's world of culinary experiments, even the humble samosa has undergone diverse fusions. From chocolate samosas to biryani-stuffed variants, and from samosas filled with blueberries to ones served with Manchurian, we have witnessed many experiments. One such variant going viral is the 'Bhindi Samosa', served at a street stall in Old Delhi.

A video shared by blogger @foodi_ish on Instagram showcases this unique Bhindi Samosa. In the clip, we can see a vendor breaking open the samosa, revealing the bhindi stuffing inside. Then, he tops it with aloo chole sabzi. He garnishes the snack with green chutney, chopped coriander, lemon juice, and some chaat masala. Finally, he serves the Bhindi Samosa with two green chillies. In the caption, the blogger added, “Taste ki baat ki jaaye toh tasty tha [Speaking of the taste, it was quite tasty.]"
