We were shooting for a movie in the middle of Bulgaria. There's a particular milk cake from L'Eto in London that I'm obsessed with, and he flew the cake from London to Bulgaria so that I could cut it on my birthday." The video begins by adding vinegar to milk and setting it aside. In another bowl, sugar, curd, oil, and vanilla essence are combined and mixed. Then, a mixture of flour, baking soda, and baking powder is sifted into the same bowl. Next, the prepared milk and vinegar mixture are poured into the bowl, and everything is mixed until there are no lumps. The batter is then poured into a greased tin lined with parchment paper and baked at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. In another bowl, condensed milk, milk, and fresh cream are mixed together. Once the cake is removed from the tin, it is pricked with a fork to allow the milk mixture to absorb into the cake. The milk mixture is then spread evenly over the cake. Finally, the cake is layered with whipped cream and topped with slices of fresh strawberries.
