But one dish that wins hearts at any given time is chilli chicken. Juicy, succulent, chicken tossed in a fiery masala - this dish defines indulgence. Let's take a look at the recipe.
  • Ingredients: Sauces And Masalas

    Boneless chicken pieces 1 tbsp salt 4 tsp rice flour 2 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp schezwan sauce 1 tbsp of garlic 1 tbsp of ginger 1 tsp vinegar
  • Ingredients: Vegetables

    1 onion 1 capsicum 1 spring onion
  • Step 1

    Put the chicken in a bowl and marinate with ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, soy sauce and rice flour. Fry the chicken till cooked.
  • Step 2

    In a pan, add red chillies and saut them. Then throw in garlic, ginger, spring onion and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3

    Now throw in soy sauce, vinegar, red chilli paste and schezwan sauce and salt. Mix these well, then add the fried chicken.
