Ingredients:

Bhindi 250 gm
Fresh tomato puree 1/4 cup
Dry red chillies 8-10
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Hing, a pinch
Mustard seeds 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Kalonji 1 tsp
Saunf 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
