Basundi is a popular Maharashtrian dessert generally prepared during the festive season. It is an easy to make milk dessert gripped with the flavour of apple, khoya, almonds, pistachios and cashew nuts.
Ingredients:
Grated apples 3
Milk 2 cups
Khoya 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Almonds 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Pistachios 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts 1 tbsp
