A quick and easy modak recipe, specially made for the joyous festival of Ganesh Chaturthi! Ground and roasted dry fruits and nuts, mixed together to prepare the delicious prasad Modak, a popular sweet dish of Maharashtra.

Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Chironji 1 tsp
Khus khus 1 tsp
Desiccated coconut 1 tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp

Apricots, chopped 5
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
