Vegetarian koftas in a rich gravy. Smooth and soft, these koftas are made with khoya, and are therefore quite rich.
Ingredients:
Khoya 100 gm
Khus khus 1/4 cup
Desiccated coconut 1/4 cup
Maida 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Meetha soda (a pinch)
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
