The Singapore based Janice Wong is a pastry power house, with her 2am: dessertbar & 2am: lab being the most sought after spots for sweet somethings. When we heard she was in India, conducting classes at the newly opened Wisk by Cakesmith studio, we had to pin her down and watch her cook up some delicious desserts for us to indulge in.
