How To Make Litti Chokha | Bihari Litti Chokha Recipe:

Step 1. Take boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them.

Step 2. Add chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, mustard oil, whole red chilli and salt to it. Keep aside.

Step 3. Take roasted bsan in a bowl.

Step 3. Add onion, kalonji, ajwain, mustard oil, amchoor powder, salt and mix well.

Step 4. Add some salt and mix. Keep aside.

Step 5. Take atta, salt and oil in a bowl and mix.

Step 6. Gradually add water and mix. Make a dough and rest for 30 mins.

Step 7. Make small dough, make hollow in the centre and add the mix.

Step 8. Make round balls and roast in oil till both sides turn brown.
