Some people may fast on alternate days, while others may follow the 16/8 method, which involves eating during an 8-hour window each day and fasting for the rest. Another popular way of doing intermittent fasting is following the 5:2 method. In this, one can eat normally for five days a week, and limit their calories on the remaining two days.
