Leftover food is a very common phenomenon at almost every household. Every day, some amount of dal, sabzi or rice is left untouched after lunch or dinner; much relatable?! What do we do with that excess food? While throwing away food is not an option on the list, many of us reuse it for the next meal. But let's agree, having the same food in two meals back-to-back can be monotonous and mundane. This is why we love to give those leftover foods a makeover and make them fun and interesting for consumption. And lockdown 2020 has taught us multiple ways to reuse our leftover dal, roti and rice.
