The viral video was shot in a McDonald's outlet, with three people in the frame. There were two female staff members and one specially-abled man in the video. While the man sat down at a table, the staff helped him out by bringing his food and drinks to the table. Further, one staff member was actually feeding him the burger by hand - indeed a moving gesture.
