Kulle Ki Chaat (or Kulhe ki Chaat) is a bite-sized fruit or vegetable chaat stuffed with an eclectic mix of pomegranate seeds, boiled chickpeas and chaat masala. It is one such interesting chaat delicacy, not many people beyond Delhi would be aware of, but this deceptively easily looking chaat has been an intrinsic part of Delhi's food map since centuries now.
