1 cup Bajra Flour

½ tsp Salt

1 tsp Ghee

Warm Water as required

¼ cup Wheat Flour

Take bajra and wheat atta in the same bowl. Add salt to it and mix everything together with a spoon.

Step 1

Slowly add warm water to it and knead till you get a soft dough.

Step 2

 Take small portions from the dough and flatten it evenly with your hands to get a round roti without breaking it apart.

Step 3

Toast the roti on Tawa till golden brown on both sides.

Step 4

Once roti is cooked, smear ghee on it while still on the Tawa.

Step 5

Flip and add ghee on the other side as well.

Step 6

Serve the roti hot with some Sabzi, Gud and Achar.
