To prepare this recipe all you need to do is add chopped mutton in a pressure cooker along with water, salt, cardamom, garlic, fennel, cinnamon to it. Pressure cook it until 2-3 whistles or slow cook it for 45 mins. Once done, separate the bones from the meat.

Now add rice water paste into this mixture and stir fry. Then add milk into it to give it a thicker consistency. Now, put the pressure cooker back on flame and add the rice flour paste and keep stirring the mixture. Add milk and cook again until the curry thickens and becomes more fragrant. Kashmiri harissa is ready to savour!
