According to Ayurvedic Health Coach Dr Dimple Jangda, you should always consume fruits based on your health to reap their maximum benefits.

1. Digestive Problems

If you are someone who frequently gets constipation, dry skin, rough skin, frizzy hair, or has a low appetite, then Dr Jangda says it's best to start your day with a bowl of warm stewed fruits. How do you do so? Take an apple, peach, pear, and peel their skin. In a bowl, transfer the fruits along with some water, berries, cherries, strawberries and a cinnamon stick. You can also add a few black peppercorns and clove to the mixture. Stew it well.

Eat Vs. Juice: How Should You Consume Fruits?

The proper way to consume fruits has been a long-time discussion. However, as per experts, the best way to consume fruits is to eat them as a whole and not juice them. This provides maximum benefits for your body, especially your digestive system. It is because of the presence of fibres in the fruits that helps keep your digestive tract happy. In a previous video shared by Celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar, she strongly recommends eating fruits rather than juicing them. But, she shared three circumstances under which you should prefer drinking fruit juices.

1. When it prevents food wastage for the family.

2. When someone is having trouble chewing food.

3. When someone is experiencing loss of appetite in general.
