For this quick and easy egg moussaka recipe, we need eggs, onions, tomato puree, green chillies, oregano, black pepper, chilli flakes, basil leaves, oil and salt to taste. Let's find out how to make it:

Step 1. Heat oil and add onions to it. Fry till it turns translucent in colour.

Step 2. Add green chilli, oregano, black pepper, salt and chilli flakes to it and mix everything together.

Step 3. Add tomato puree to it and cook for a while.
