The actress recently revealed on her Instagram handle what she drinks to stay hydrated, and the way to do that, according to Sara Ali Khan is by simply drinking coconut water. The actress is only two movies old, and will soon take Bollywood by storm with two more upcoming movies in the year 2020. She will be seen in 'Coolie No.1' alongside actor Varun Dhawan, and also in the soon-to-be-released film 'Love Aaj Kal' with Kartik Aaryan. In spite of her hectic schedule for film promotions, she takes out time to make sure her lifestyle does not get affected by all this and her health is maintained.

"Start your week with some coconut water... #Hydration #Is #Key," wrote the actress on her Instagram profile, sharing a picture of herself sipping on some delicious and refreshing coconut water straight from the coconut itself. The picture was a behind-the-scenes click from the set of her film, 'Love Aaj Kal'.
Athough coconut water was on Sara Ali Khan's Instagram feed, her Instagram stories told a different story altogether. The actress shared a picture of her coffee machine brewing the drink for her. She shared this in her stories at 8am in the morning, with a GIF that said, "I only have time for coffee!"
While Sara Ali Khan swears by her coconut water, there's no getting rid of the fact that coffee also holds an equally important place in her life.
