5 Minute Dinners Nutritionists Eat
What do nutritionists eat when they have five minutes to whip up dinner? Something healthy, of course.
Take in ideas and eat healthy, even if you have five minutes to spare. If they can, you can.
Eggs, spinach and beans: Eggs are the easiest to make - and they're packed with so much goodness. Throw in some beans, cooked grains and baby greens. Let your imagination soar, the sky is the limit.
Grilled chicken, lettuce and avocado: Be smart about combining leftovers - you just might end up with a glorious salad. Tie it all together with balsamic vinegar and a drizzle of olive oil.
Wrap, meat and romaine: All you need is some chicken or turkey, salad greens and some spicy mustard.
Fish, carrots and green beans: Just sear a filet of fish, skin side down and throw in your favourite veggies around it. You just made dinner that's quick, loaded with protein, healthy fats and veggies!
Mozzarella, tomato and basil: Make a gorgeous sandwich with a layer of mozzarella, tomato, basil, balsamic vinegar, avocado and finish off with a sprinkle of sea salt.
Beans, broccoli and brown rice: Make a healthy and balanced dinner in under five minutes by simply tossing some beans, broccoli and brown rice in a pan with some olive oil and your favourite herbs.
Waffle, peanut butter and bluberries: Who doesn't love waffles? You could also opt for whole grain cereal with low fat milk and some fruits.
