10 cubes of paneer
3 cups of cooked rice
1 onion
1/4th cup of cream
1 cup of tomato puree
cup of fried onions
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp cashew paste
2 tbsp coriander leaves
2 green chillies
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of ginger
1 cinnamon stick
5 pieces of black peppercorn
2 cardamom seeds
2 cloves
tbsp. of cardamom powder
tbsp. of sugar
1 tsp of cumin-coriander powder
Salt as per taste
tbsp. of turmeric powder
tbsp. tandoori masala
Using a greased baking dish or handi, layer the paneer and rice alternatively. Garnish with fried onions, nuts, fresh mint and coriander and serve hot.
