Ingredients of Chocolate Cranberry With Chantilly Cream

  • 6 Nos Strawberries
  • 100 gram Dark Chocolate Compound
  • 100 gram White Chocolate Compound
  • 100 ml Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 Vanilla Bean
  • Superfine Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract

How to Make Chocolate Cranberry With Chantilly Cream

Melt both the chocolates separately and keep aside.

Wash the Strawberries and pat them dry. Scoop out the center and trim the base.

Dip each strawberry in the dark chocolate and keep on the side. Let the chocolates firm up.

Put white chocolate in a piping cone and drizzle white chocolate on the chocolate covered strawberries.
5.
Prepare Chantilly cream by scraping the vanilla pod to the cream, add sugar and essence, whip till stiff peaks are formed. Pipe it in the scooped out strawberries.
