How To Make House Martini
A miner walks into a bar in the town of Martinez. He orders a celebratory champagne, but is instead served a rather eclectic mix of gin and wine that gives him a rush unlike any gold did. A Martinez Special, the bartender calls it. We now call it Martini. Delhi’s fire infuses flavours of Delhi - orange, coriander, cumin, cardamom and vanilla to create distinctive and evocative notes.

Ingredients of House Martini
- 60 Ml Delhi’s fire gin
- 15 ml Spiced wine syrup
- 2 dash Delhi’s fire tincture
- Lemon discard
How to Make House Martini

Add gin, syrup and tincture into a mixing glass with ice.

Stir until well chilled.

Strain into a martini glass.

Garnish with lemon peel (squeeze the peel oil over drink).
