Ingredients of Lucknow Seekh Hot Dog

• 2 Hot Dog Buns
• 2 Chicken Seekh Kebab
• 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp Tandoori Sauce
• 2 tsp Mint Chutney
• 2 Fresh Cream
• Lettuce
• 1 Onion , sliced
• 2 tbsp Oil

If you want, you can prepare chicken kebab at home or use frozen chicken kebab to make this hot dog.

Here in this recipe we are using frozen chicken seekh kebab.

In a bowl, add cream, mayonnaise and mint chutney and mix.

Now take some oil in a pan and fry the frozen chicken seekh.

Take a hot dog, cut it from the middle and apply the prepared sauce on it. Add lettuce and onion slices and also add fried chicken seekh kebab.

After applying kebab, add tandoori mayonnaise on it and serve hot.
