Ingredients of Shahi Tukda with Rabri

  • 5 slices of bread
  • Ghee for frying
  • For the syrup:
  • 100 gm sugar
  • 50 ml water
  • 2 drops rose essence
  • 100 gm thick rabri (reduced milk)
  • 1 sheet silver leaf
  • Cashew nuts/pistachio for garnish

How to Make Shahi Tukda with Rabri

  • 1.Cut each slice of bread into 4 triangles after trimming their sides.
  • 2.Make a thick sugar syrup by boiling the listed ingredients.
  • 3.Heat the ghee and fry the bread.
  • 4.Soak the sugar syrup for 5 minutes.
  • 5.Arrange the slices on a platter and top it with rabri.
  • 6.Garnish with silver leaf and nuts.
