We have shortlisted five of the craziest Sunday binges that Shilpa indulged in, because, honestly, why should we suffer alone?
1. When she had piping hot Baklava with turkish ice-cream in Dubai
Sweets from the middle east are loaded with calories and sugar, and obviously, are out-of-this-world when it comes to the taste. Shilpa got a taste of the uber toothsome baklava, that's a rich layered middle eastern pastry, with ice-cream. This one will make you want to head to Dubai today, just to taste the dessert.
2. When she had a huge piece of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting in New York
Looking at the size of the carrot cake, will make you want to grab your phone and order in a gooey, cream-frosted pastry for yourself!
3. When she had an entire vanilla brie cake baked by her husband
We all know that Shilpa is an exceptional cook. But it turns out that her husband Raj Kundra is also an amazing cook, judging from the looks of that brie cake. Brie is a soft cow-milk cheese that is typically made in France. Look at her gobbling that gigantic cake!
4. When she binged on her son's birthday leftovers
Birthdays are the best, not just because you are treated like you're the queen or king of the world, but also because there's lots of leftover cake to eat. Looking at Shilpa binge on her son Viaan Kundra's leftover birthday cake and some delish malai kulfi, will make you want to hit the nearest bakery as soon as possible. You have been warned.
5. When she had fried churros with caramel sauce
Churros are the French fries of desserts and yes, they are as deliciously sinful as that sounds. You can dip them in all sorts of heavenly dips like melted dark and milk chocolate, salted caramel sauce, etc. So when Shilpa got a chance to grab some during one of her Sunday binge episodes, she didn't hold back and had a plateful of churros smothered in cinnamon sugar and caramel sauce. Yumm!
All these indulgent interludes apart, Shilpa Shetty is an extremely conscious eater, as you might have guessed from her gorgeous looks and oh-so-amazing figure. She has a Youtube channel where she regularly posts recipes for healthier versions of popular Indian foods.
