How To Make Matki Poha At Home | Quick And Easy Recipe For Sprouts Poha
Wash and drain the poha. Keep aside in a colander. In a bowl, mix boiled sprouts (matki/ moong/mixed) with the boiled potato cubes and chaat masala. Heat oil in a kadhai and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chopped green chillies. Add finely chopped onions and then saute. Next, add salt, sugar and haldi (turmeric powder).
Add the sprouts mixture prepared earlier to the kadhai and mix. Finally, add the poha and roasted peanuts. Sprinkle a handful of water, cover the kadhai and allow the poha to cook for 30-60 seconds. Add lemon juice and garnish with chopped coriander leaves as well as grated coconut. Stir lightly and enjoy hot.
