Layered Ice Cream Recipe: How To Make Vanilla Layered Ice Cream
Start by freezing fresh cream for an hour. Next, whip the cream with a hand blender till it is creamy. Mix in sugar powder and milk powder. Fresh cream has low-fat content, the milk powder shall help make the ice cream creamier. For flavouring, add vanilla essence. once the batter is ready, pour it into two separate containers and in one container add food colouring or flavour of your choice, mix it well. Store both the containers in the freezer till it is semi-frozen.
Now, take a big container and take out the semi-frozen ice cream. Now spread a layer of vanilla ice cream and a layer of the spread of the flavoured ice cream in the big container. Repeat the layers till the two small containers are empty. Take a stick, or the back of the spoon, and use it to create swirls in the ice cream, this shall create the colourful layers you want in the ice cream. Freeze the ice cream for at least 6 hours before serving.
