This delicious dessert is filled with nutritious banana and coconut milk. The rich flavour of dark chocolate and some good-old vanilla make up this heavenly sweet treat. The best part is that you can have this yummy ice cream in a jar.

Here are the 4 ingredients needed to make Yasmin Karachiwala's magnum ice cream:

  1. 3 frozen bananas
  2. 3 tablespoons of coconut milk
  3. 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  4. Dark chocolate

To make the ice cream, take three bananas that were soaked overnight. Chop the bananas and put them in a blender. Then add one tablespoon each of coconut milk and vanilla extract to the bananas in the blender. Blend the mixture well. Before serving, layer the mixture with dark chocolate and freeze it for a few hours.
