Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress Lataa Saberwal recently gave fans a glimpse of her food stop during her journey to Mathura. The actress stopped midway for breakfast and enjoyed a traditional spread of hot parathas, white butter and ginger tea with her companions.
In a video shared on social media, Lataa said she was travelling to Mathura with Amit and Kavita when they decided to take a breakfast break. The video showed a man serving the parathas and spreading white butter on them.
Lataa also spoke about the butter being served with the parathas, explaining that it was slightly different from regular butter and was referred to as "loni makhan".

Calling herself a "desi" person, Lataa said that having chai was an important part of the experience. She added that when travelling through Uttar Pradesh, the trip would feel incomplete without a cup of tea.
"White butter is made with fresh milk and cream. The best part about it is that it is unsalted, unlike yellow butter that has a lot of salt," Dr Rupali Dutta told NDTV.
"White butter is natural and unprocessed and it is more nutritious than yellow butter," said Dr Simran Saini. She added, "Another reason that makes white butter better is that it does not contain the harmful trans-fat which has been linked with various chronic ailments like heart disease, obesity and diabetes."

Lataa is often seen sharing food-related posts with her followers on social media. The actress regularly shares healthy recipes and simple home-cooked meals.
Recently, Lataa shared a "5-minute wellness recipe" for homemade dalia. The simple recipe uses dalia, vegetables and a few basic ingredients, making it an easy option for a quick and wholesome meal.
Lataa first cooked the dalia in a pressure cooker on low heat for around five minutes. Meanwhile, she sautéed vegetables in a pan. Once the vegetables were ready, she added the cooked dalia to the pan along with a little water and let everything cook together on low heat for another five minutes. She served the homemade dalia with dahi and green chutney.
