K-Pop sensation BTS is a well-known name in the music industry today. The 7-member band has a raging fan following across the globe. Their latest superhit track includes 'Dynamite', which shattered a number of records within a day of its release in 2020. And now, they are planning to launch a brand new meal to take their stardom to the next level. Fast food giant McDonald's took everyone by surprise by announcing a collaboration with the Korean stars. The 'BTS meal' was announced by the burger joint on Twitter, and fans could not keep calm.

The tweets went viral within a couple of hours of being shared, sending ardent fans of BTS into a spate of excitement. The BTS meal will be available in up to 40 countries all over the world, starting with the first release in the United States on 26th May. In India, the BTS meal will be available in Delhi on 1st June and in Mumbai on 4th June. According to Variety, the meal consists of 10 pieces Chicken McNuggets, medium fries and medium coke along with Sweet Chilli and Cajun dipping sauces inspired by the McDonald's South Korea menu. In the official announcement video, McDonald's arranged its fries to represent each member of the BTS band. Take a look:
BTS fans, also known as the 'BTS Army', were thrilled to know about the new collaboration between BTS and McDonald's. They eagerly awaited when the BTS meal would hit their home country, making several tweets and memes in anticipation. Some also wondered if McDonald's would run out of stock after they launched the meal.
