Mira Kapoor recently shared a story featuring a post on methi paratha that was served with a bowl of dahi and chutney. "Bring on the parathas," she captioned the image. This picture was originally posted by celebrity food expert and curator Sangeeta Khanna. She went on to explain more about this wholesome meal and wrote, "First methi paratha of the season, coinciding with the sudden dip in temperature here."

How To Make Methi Paratha | Winter-Special Methi Paratha Recipe By Sangeeta Khanna:

Sangeeta further elaborated on the recipe and said that she used barley flour and besan (instead of wheat) to knead the dough. She took the two flours in 1:1 proportion and added warm water, sourdough, ajwain and fresh methi leaves to it. She then served the methi paratha hot with some dahi and red-hot sauce by the side.
