She regularly tries cooking up interesting dishes and concoctions in her own kitchen that are healthy and wholesome. Mira Kapoor went on a recent cooking spree in her kitchen, and her recent Instagram story is proof that she is all for clean eating. The dish comprised noodles made of the dark, leafy superfood - kale. It was peppered with vegetables such as mushroom, squash and peas and garnished with what seemed to be a hint of olive oil. Mira Kapoor shared a picture of the dish with a GIF that said, "Kale'n it." The noodles looked interesting, especially because they were made with kale.
The benefits of kale are manifold, from helping strengthen bones to help lowering cholesterol. This green vegetable is actually from the cabbage family and is the distant cousin of broccoli, cauliflower and collards. Kale is known to help balance hormones and lower cholesterol. Its antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids are known to have anti-inflammatory properties.
Mira Kapoor found a delicious way of incorporating this superfood in her diet. She also swears by the goodness of Ayurveda, as can be seen in a post on her Instagram profile.
