Ingredients of Bhaaji vada

  • 1 Cup Chopped palak
  • 1/2 cup Chopped methi
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onions
  • 1 tsp Chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dhaniya powder
  • Besan flour as required
  • Salt as required
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Bhaaji vada

Mix chopped palak, methi, onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies in a bowl.

To this add besan, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, and salt as required.

Add minimum or no water as the mixture will also leave some moisture.
4.
Mix properly and form soft mix.
5.
Take medium sized balls of this mix and fry for 2 mins. Remove from oil and let it cool.
6.
Once cooled, take these balls and press them in your palm to make flat vadas.
7.
Fry these again for 2 mins for that extra crunch and serve hot.
