- Caster sugar – 312 gm
- Oil – 312 gm
- Flour – 278 gm
- Baking powder – 7 gm
- Cinnamon powder – 5 gm
- Grated carrot – 200 gm
- Frosting:
- Cream cheese – 200 gm
- Sugar – 50 gm
- Butter – 100 gm
How to Make Carrot Cake
