Ingredients of Chatpati Chaap Roll

  • For Soya Chaap
  • 1 cup Maida
  • Soya chunks
  • to taste Salt
  • Water
  • For Soya Chaap Roll
  • 1 cup Maida
  • Soyabean oil
  • A pinch of Salt, Sugar, Baking powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Butter
  • 4-5 Soya chaap
  • 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 Chopped onion and veggies
  • Coriander
  • 1 Tomato
  • Lemon juice

To Make Soya Chaap

1.
Add Maida and cooked Soya chunks in a bowl. Blend together and add salt & water to make it a dough.

Take a small dough and roll it on a flat surface like a chapati.

Take a container with boiling water and place the soya chaap sticks for 10 minutes until it slightly changes their colour.

Now, the Soya chap is ready for the next step.

To Make Soya Chaap Roll

1.
In a bowl, add maida, Soyabean oil, salt, sugar, a pinch of baking powder, warm milk, and mix it well to make a soft dough. Let it set for half an hour.

Now, in a pan, add butter and small pieces soya chaap.

Add salt, black pepper, chaat masala, chopped onions, and stir it.
4.
Then turn off the flame and keep it aside. Now, take the maida dough and start making small balls and make chapaati.
5.
On a pan, roast the chapatti and spread coriander & tomato chutney on top with the mix veggies.
6.
Garnish with onion, chaat masala, and half fried soya chaap with lemon juice.
7.
And Voila your Chatpati Chaap Rolls are ready, Enjoy!
