How to make egg kalakki

This Tamil-style egg omelette is a gravy version of normal omelette. Made with eggs, gravy of chicken korma or mutton korma along with black pepper and garnished with coriander.

Ingredients of Egg Kalakki

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Korma Gravy
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves

How to Make Egg Kalakki

Break the eggs into the bowl, add salt and korma gravy and mix well.

Heat oil in a tawa and pour the egg mixture on it. Set for 6-7 seconds until the outer part of the omelette is cooked and inner part is a little bit uncooked and mushy.

Place the omelette on a plate, garnish it with black pepper and coriander leaves.
4.
Serve it with your favourite main course or enjoy as is.
