Ingredients of Green Pea Risotto With Aloo Jeera
80 gms risotto rice
20 gms green peas
30 gms spinach paste
20 gms onion
15 gms garlic
10 gms green chilli, chopped
50 gms potato
2 gram jeera
2 gram turmeric powder
5 gram fresh coriander, chopped
30 gms sweet potato
10 gms fennel seeds
20 gms butter
30 gms cream
How to Make Green Pea Risotto With Aloo Jeera
1.First make a stock af fennel seed an use this as a stock for cooking rissoto.
2.Take a pot sauté onion and garlic and add risotto rice (without soaking) and cook by adding stock.
3.When rice is cooked 70 percent add spinach puree and cook well lastly add green peas, salt, fresh cream and butter and finish it in smooth consistency.
Prepare aloo jeera:
1.Cut potato in to small dice and boil until cooked.
2.Heat a pan with oil and temper with cumin and garlic, add onion stir it and add salt and turmeric powder and sauté adding potato in and finish with fresh coriander. For garnish fry thin slices of sweet potato.
