Ingredients of Macaroni Soup
- 1 Cup Tomato Puree
- 1 cup Macaroni
- 1 large Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 7-8 Cloves Garlic (Finely Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Capsicum (Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Yellow Bell Pepper (Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Carrots (Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Corn
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- Italian Seasoning (Optional)
- Salt according to taste

In a pan add oil/butter and cook onions and garlic until mushy. Add the tomato puree and salt and pepper and mix well.
Add 2 cups of water or more according to your choice of thickness.
Toss in all the chopped vegetables along with the macaroni and let it boil until the pasta is cooked.
Finally garnish with any extra seasoning and serve hot.
