Ingredients of Creamy Spinach Soup
- 2 Cups Chopped spinach leaves
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Spring Onion
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 cup Milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread croutons
- Grated cheese
How to Make Creamy Spinach Soup

Heat the water and boil the spinach leaves till soft.

In a blender, blend the spinach and water.

Sieve the puree.
To proceed

In a non-stick vessel, heat the olive oil, add the oregano, spring onions and saute for ½ minute.

Add the spinach puree, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2 minutes.
