Ingredients of Pumpkin Pie
- 1 pint pumpkin
- 1 quart milk
- 4 Eggs (well-beaten)
- 1/2 cup molaffes
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp all spice
- 2 Pie crusts
How to Make Pumpkin Pie
- 1.Cut pumpkin in half, gut and bake upside down at 350 for an hour. Peel and mash the pumpkin.
- 2.Add milk and mix, add the eggs and molaffes.
- 3.Mix in the ginger and all spice and pour into a crust.
- 4.Bake in the oven at 325 for 75 minutes.
