  • 1 pint pumpkin
  • 1 quart milk
  • 4 Eggs (well-beaten)
  • 1/2 cup molaffes
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp all spice
  • 2 Pie crusts

How to Make Pumpkin Pie

Cut pumpkin in half, gut and bake upside down at 350 for an hour. Peel and mash the pumpkin.

Add milk and mix, add the eggs and molaffes.

Mix in the ginger and all spice and pour into a crust.
4.
Bake in the oven at 325 for 75 minutes.
