Ingredients of Pumpkin Pie

  • 1 pint pumpkin
  • 1 quart milk
  • 4 Eggs (well-beaten)
  • 1/2 cup molaffes
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp all spice
  • 2 Pie crusts

How to Make Pumpkin Pie

  • 1.Cut pumpkin in half, gut and bake upside down at 350 for an hour. Peel and mash the pumpkin.
  • 2.Add milk and mix, add the eggs and molaffes.
  • 3.Mix in the ginger and all spice and pour into a crust.
  • 4.Bake in the oven at 325 for 75 minutes.
