Prawns and crabmeat simmered in a simple stock

Ingredients of Two Sea Food Soup

  • 25 gm diced prawns
  • 25 gm diced crab
  • 1/4 tsp ajinomoto
  • 1/2 egg white
  • salt - as per taste
  • 1 soup bowl chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp cornflour

How to Make Two Sea Food Soup

  • 1.Boil the stock for 2-3 minutes in a bowl.
  • 2.Add the diced prawn and crab.
  • 3.Stir and add egg white to this followed by salt.
  • 4.Keep stirring and add cornflour to make the soup thick.
  • 5.Serve hot.
