Ingredients of Yetti Masala

  • 600 gm prawns
  • 2 Tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 2 red chillies
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 4 pieces of clove
  • 1
  • 4 pieces green cardamom
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • Water
  • 3 sliced onions
  • 1 Tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Yetti Masala

1. Make a fine paste of coriander, green chillies, red chillies, ginger, garlic, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and poppy seeds.

2. Heat a little ghee in the pan and saute the sliced onions.

3. Add the prawns(with the tail) and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
4.
4. Add the ground spices paste and fry for 3-4 minutes.
5.
5. Add salt, water and lemon juice. Simmer till the prawns are cooked.
6.
6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice.
