Japanese-style shrimps are great to impress a hungry horde. Light and crisp, make these at home.

Ingredients of Crispy Shrimp Tempura with Jalapeno and Onion Salsa

  • Half sheet size of nori wrapper
  • 2 medium size shrimp
  • 15 gm chopped Jalapeno
  • 15 gm chopped onion
  • 10 gm iceberg lettuce
  • 100 gm sushi  rice
  • 10 gm flying fish roe

How to Make Crispy Shrimp Tempura with Jalapeno and Onion Salsa

  1. In a sushi mat, place the nori wrapper and then spread the sushi rice until all the nori is covered with rice evenly.
  2. Now arrange all the ingredients inside.
  3. Roll and cut it to 6 pieces.
  4. Then add flying fish roe on the top of each roll.
  5. Serve with wasabi, pickled ginger and soya sauce.
