Fresh Chicken Stock

Make homemade chicken stock to use in a variety of dishes.
- 1/2 kilo of chicken bones
- 1 1/2 litres of water
- 1 large bay leaf
- 1 onion quartered
- 1 carrot, halved
- 10 whole black peppercorns
- Put in a pressure cooker till the chicken is cooked.
- Then let it sit for at least half in hour.
- Drain the chicken and all else, and you have fresh homemade stock.
