Irish whiskey, berries and ice cream topped with a chocolate stick and mint leaves.
- Crushed ice
- 45 ml Irish whiskey
- 15 ml Irish creme liqueur
- 2 Tbsp cream
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 Tbsp frozen raspberries
- 2 Tbsp frozen strawberries
- Garnish: Chocolate stick & a sprig of mint
- Glass: Large margarita
- Put 1 scoop of crushed ice in a blender.
- Add all the ingredients and blend till smooth.
- Pour it into the glass. Garnish & serve.
