Holi 2021 is being celebrated on March 29, 2021. And even though the Coronavirus scare has got us to stay inside and steer clear of public celebrations, it doesn't mean we cannot celebrate Holi with the same enthusiasm. As much as colours are a part of the Holi celebration, it isn't complete without scrumptious food on the table. Isn't it? Holi is as much about noshing on decadent gujiyas, tantalizing chaats and tangy kanji vade as much as rang-gulaal.

Crunchy, spicy and absolutely easy besan papdi is served along with yummy mint-coriander chutney on Holi get-togethers.
