To begin with the recipe, all you need to do is boil rice noodles in water until cooked. You can use any noodles available. We are using rice noodles to give this recipe a healthier take.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for a minute then add all the veggies (carrot, capsicum, bell peppers, cabbage, onion) along with boneless chopped chicken pieces. Give it a stir.
Then add soya sauce, vinegar, green chilli sauce, black pepper powder and salt to taste.
Once the mixture is ready, add the boiled noodles and mix well. If you like spicy flavours, you can add black bean sauce or schezwan sauce.
