Kadhai Paneer Recipe
In this recipe, cumin seeds and bay leaves are let to splutter in hot oil before sauteeing with ginger paste. Spices such as turmeric, salt, garam masala, red pepper and the coriander powder are stir-fried with curd till the fat separates and deep-fried paneer cubes are combined with the masala along with green chillies. That's it; piping hot Kadhai paneer will be ready before you know it!
