Fast food in Philadelphia is getting a little bit healthier.More than 200 take-out Chinese restaurants have been working to reduce the amount of salt in their food. Preliminary results show a 20 percent sodium reduction in some dishes.Researchers hope the Healthy Chinese Take-Out Initiative will lessen the number of residents with high blood pressure. About 37 percent of Philadelphians were diagnosed with hypertension in 2012.
